Pepe answers the questions people are often too embarrassed to ask a loan officer, and answers them the same way every time, at any hour.
- Explains mortgage vocabulary — APR, escrow, points, PMI, debt-to-income — in plain language rather than industry shorthand.
- Walks through how the process actually works: pre-approval, down payment, closing costs, appraisal, underwriting, closing.
